Meet the Chennai Team

• Ruhi Jhunjhunwala- a.k.a The wannabe bitch!!!!- The co-ordinator of the team also incharge of logistics and budget.... the event manger n the one obsessed with footprints,thinks wearing red nail polish can bring out THE BITCH from within! :D but she just cant yell n be mean to the team. Everytime she says she wil shout at the team in the NEXT meeting.Will have to see wat the poor soul does as 5th dec comes closer.
  

• Shilpa Natarajan- a.k.a ZILPAAA- Co-coordinator, marketing & promotions.... wants to have meetings only at places u get food. :) gets hyper n panicky very easily n needs ruhi to calm her down. has made plans abt trips AFTER the event, absolutely sure abt kicking ass at the event. way to go !!!
  

• Nishant Shah- a.k.a TING!!!!- Head of creatives.... loves the sun.... The sun shines on him all the time.... favourite songs- Pocketful of sunshine, Here comes the sun; Favourite movie- Little miss sunshine, favourite colour- yellow, favourite flower- sunflower, favourite person- Akshobh, Favourite hairstyle- A normal boycut with bangs thinks he is too cool n so cracks sad ass jokes on everyone- ending up being the joke himself ! if u want sumthing done in 2 days, tell him 5 days in advance.he comes up with the vaguest of excuses n makes such a loser puppy face everytime u are supposed to yell at him- well tat works only on ruhi !!!

• Venkatesh Harinathan- a.k.a -VENKU SINGH- Budgeting, Sponsorship- the charmer cos of his voice, the big name in the team cos he is a part of ASAP prodns. but as of now he is beggin ppl for some money for our event ! is tired of thinking WHY a particluar brand shud sponsor our event n is amazed at the large number of brands whose "target audience neatly overlaps the audience of footprints"...hehehe...sounds familliar?his mantra- ok buddy cool !!!
  

• Renuka Sanji- a.k.a Renu insecccccccccct ( with one arm out ..... music: suryavamsam)- Hospitality, Stage Mgmt. - loves being colour coordinated with venky.... :) :) :) :) very professional n a silent worker.dont go by how calm n composed she looks. she can show ppl their place when it comes to tat- something ruhi shud learn soon !
  

• Sneha Ramachandran- a.k.a the pretty one - Food & Beverage- loves being referred to as the person who has meetings with certain people in CCD and maybe Barista....:) :) always on time for all the meetings and currently our favorite person cos she is gonna give us food on tat day ! HEHEE

• Hamsini Ravi- a.k.a THE WRITER- documentation.- sincere n present for all meetings. writes brilliantly and doesnt believe in postponing things for tomo (nishant...learn sumthing ). she is the one who will be writing the team activity diary on which we will be marked so am gonna jus shut up now. :)

• Arindam aka the cute boy- schools n colg coordinator- another gud writer n even better photographer.believes in living life to the fullest everyday cos u know "kal ho na ho" which resulted in him not doing his task given to him for 1 month n then he thot jus smiling n offering to help ruhi in some other task wud be the best solution (he asumed that ruhi n shilpa had done his work). but one yelling from ruhi was all tat was needed to make him sit in front of the comp for hrs together n finish his work, he is perfectly on track now- one single moment that ruhi is proud of ever since she became coordinator.
  

• srini aka the paavam fellow- AV- a very very quiet person but excellent at his work ( well we still have ppl who let their work speak for them- hope still alive in this world !!! ). u mite see some of his work at the event. has been helping the team in his own quiet way n venky is his favourite person in the team cos any msg from or to ruhi and from n to srini goes thru venky- making ruhi feel that srini doesnt like her :(

• deepika aka cameraperson - media relations- gets excited a lot abt small things...n in the process has variations to all her stories..hehe...off late was flirting aorund with a certain someone to get a certain someone someone to the event (wat the dirty world makes u do !!!) ....nowadays full on contacting media houses for maximum coverage. all the best !!!
  

• aishwariya subramaniam aka puliyarappa- speakers coordinator- one hyper person n a non stop talker. has managed to get all the big names for the event- we all are proud of her...a little eclectic n over enthu but work means work. her dad is an extended member of our team n we all are grateful to him for the same. gud work subbbbuuuu !!!!!!!!
  

• aishwariya sridharan aka bounce/road runner- creatives- believes in bouncing ideas n tats wat she does best. her ideas are very nice....pretty creative n gud at work when she gets to it...jus needs a lotttt of pushing around to get work started. you can never catch hold of her....was missing from the scene till recently when she decided to resurface...nice to hv u back aish! hope we dont lose u again.
  

• aakanksha aka the busy one- hospitality, stge mgmt- she was also missing till now cos of work at NGO but has taken up work now n is pretty much in touch wit wats happening...nice babe...carry on !

• Archanaa aka The enthu chiclet- UG Batch-Everything- She is one enthu pattani of the team.... always willing to work on w/e we ask her to do.... just out of school.... so has majorr contacts with school kids' brother's and their friends....has contacts everywhere and in the right places too :D :D :D :D her standard dialogue " u want this person ah?, i can get him !"

• Siddharth aka Arindam Jr- UG Batch-Everything, but currently sponsors- Got us some money....so he's currently THE DUDE!!!!.... Comes across as a silent person but is a hell of a talker and gets things done his own way!..... concerned only abt the marks n is scared of getting a permanent backlog if he doesnt pass this events practical (ruhi is supposed to contribute in his marks and this power is resulting in devil horns on her head... Muhahahaha !!!! ).. Sid-A chennai-ite who hardly knows about the Tamil film industry :D :D :D :D
  

We all maybe very different but tats wat makes the chennai team so much fun ! but there is one thing we all believe in- " the Chennai team is worst hit by the economic crisis!!! sponsors wanted !!!" but we still will kick ass!!! Amen....
